there are very light blond dye kits at the drugstore which include the peroxide (or equivalent chemicals) in them, just look in the hair dye section

if I were you, id seek proffesional help in coloring your hair.. because ive personally seen someone try to bleach their hair very very light.. and it DID not come out looking good at all...and u also dont want to come out looking like u r albino....

go to the beauty sopply store and buy the bleach, developer and brush... mix it in a bowl and put it on it takes forever and your head will itch like crazy but.... it works. I would go to someone if you want it like white though.
