hi everybody,
I have the roughest hair a guy has! I often dared people to have the roughest hair and i've always won. Its slightly curly, it looks something half circles when its a bit long. Can i get it to be an afro?? How long does it have to be?
Im hoping i could make it look something like this:

What do i have to do? do i have to keep combing it every other minute? Also, im a white guy, not too white tho. Im an arab, so its a bit darker than most europian white peeps. Any of you guys thinks its a bad idea?
Help a brother out,
thanks y'all
Im white caucasian, is there any way i could get my hair long enough to afro??
ummm it wouldn't look like that buddy. you could probably grow a "white-boy 'fro" then keep it neat and trimmed i guess so it'll look more shapely... but you don't have that kinda hair so it's not gonna look like that picture.

Youd probably need to get a perm, so your curls are extremely tight.

Speaking as a person of African descent and someone from the days of bell bottoms and afros. WHAT!!!!
An afro does not care about the length of your hair but the texture. I could never get one even when I tried thickening my hair with chemcials and conditioners. Some people get an afro some don't. Both of my parents wore afros in the1970's,
when I tried my hair fell around my face like a meatloaf ring.

you re deluding self, an arab is not white. arab=not europe
also white and caucasian are both nouns and mean the same thing which makes your grammar crap

It's usually not about length but about curl.
