I have naturally thick, black, Asian hair that is pretty short [ right past the shoulders-ish ]. So I have RAW White-Out bleach kit and Special Effects Fishbowl, but is it possible to get to the color I want in one bleaching 'session' since the kit comes with toner?

Oh, probably not a good idea. It's fun to experiment with different hair products but with your hair type %26amp; color I think you may end up not being too pleased with the results. I suggest you go to a salon and have it done professionally. The extra cost will be worth it!
I think youd need maybe three or four boxes of the bleach.. I used it, I have super short hair, and one box BARELY covered my head.
