Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

Do you have a photo ??

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

the hair being like snow is a refernece to being pure. Like the first snow. Pure white. Before the town decides to put the sand down and ruin it all. LOL!

The hair like wool is referring to God the father. (Old)

His eyes like fire are refering to His being mad. When your mad your eyes look like they are on fire. Ever heard the expression 'if looks could kill'? Same difference.

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

that's great

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

I think this is a description of Him in His glorified state.

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

He probably looked like the other people living in in that area at that time. That would mean no blonde with blue eyes and no white with red eyes.

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

i certainly hope that your not trying to be funny because it's not and i would be careful what i said if i were you

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

He might have been. We don't know. We don't know because it wasn't important what He looked like. Which is why if He was albino, black, white, Jew, gentile, whatever, it is what He taught and Who He was that is important. Whatever form He took on this earth, He is still the Son of God.

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

Jesus was a Palestinian and looked like all other Palestinians. Dark hair and eyes, olive skin not a blonde haired, blue eyed white man.

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

wool sounds like a fro

That is the glorified Christ. His human attributes were totally normal.

During the transfiguration on Mount Tabor Jesus let Peter, James and John see his divinity. The light of his divinity was too birght for the Apostles to look upon.

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

that was in a vision. visions are symbolic. it doesn't mean that's what He looks like in His ''glorified state.'' the color white represents purity. the fiery eyes and ''feet as brass'' represent judgment. the double-edged sword from His mouth represents His rebuke.

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

dont know

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

you'd look like that too if you saw what he saw, knew what he knew.

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

There was a guy that just posted claiming he was black a minute ago....Personally I always thought he would look like that one guy on American Idol!....

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

John was seeing a Vision ,it must of looked like a photo negative. His hair did not look like wool or feel like wool,it was just white as wool.(For all you "Jesus is a black man "theorists)

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

Where did you get that description?

If he was a native of the land, which we have no reason to believe he was not, if he ever existed, then he would have had black/brown hair and tanned skin, like the Palestinian (Christian/Muslim) Arabs living around the River Jordan.

The Greeks may have tried to Hellenize Jesus' appearance, like they did with many of the Biblical names, for instance Jesus would never of heard the words "Jesus Christ" in his life since those to words are Greek.

Jesus head and hair were white like wool like snow?

Actually (and few people know this) Jesus was covered completely in a soft downey chocolate colored fur, a divine pelt, if you will...

And legend has it that he once kept 52 people warm with it on a cold winter night in the desert...

And the reason he walked on water was...he didn't want to get it wet...

The color is the point of comparison; signifying purity and glory. Isaiah 1:18

"Come now, and let us reason together,"

Says the Lord,

"Though your sins are as scarlet,

They will be as white as snow;

Though they are red like crimson,

They will be like wool.

Not age, for gray hairs are the sign of decay.

eyes . . . as . . . flame閳ユ攣ll-searching and penetrating like fire: at the same time, also, implying consuming indignation against sin, especially at His coming "in flaming fire, taking vengeance" on all the ungodly, which is confirmed as the meaning here, by Rev. 19:11-12.

Another way of recognizing the Lord is called " Ancient of days." He is the Eternal One. The verse you quoted is a description of God. His hair being "white" signifies His holiness, purity; whereas His eyes as a flame of fire signifies, to me, eyes that can seek and search out our inner being with a righteous judgement. Daniel 7:9 and Daniel 10:6 talk more in depth. His throne and His wheels represent fiery justice. The Lord God is majestic in beauty and worthy to be praised!
