Saw that happen on an old black %26amp; white Dracula movie once. That's the only time I've ever seen it. I don't think it happens. Unless you have a stroke or something. Then you'll get white strands, but not the whole head.
Explain the fallacy of a person's hair turning white overnight?
I've "heard" of being scared to white...don't know of anyone that happened to though
